First Resorts

Born out of the merger of Magna Resort Management (Pty) Ltd., Quaestor Management and Property Services, CRI Operations (Pty)Ltd. and Resort Administration Services, First Resorts has a combined experience base of 55 years in the resort management industry.



Optima Management & Rental Services

Located in Pinetown, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, this resort management company manages over 25 000 holiday intervals around the country and specialises in rental services for both the resorts and clubs.



Optima Club Marketing

A marketing and sales management organisation, controlling the overall distribution and design of the Group's materials, promotions and buying, also appointing, training and supporting sales agencies throughout the world. Optima Club Marketing produces all external and internal communications for the Club Leisure Group

Fun Holidays



Fun Holidays is a reservations and rental company focusing on the rental of unused member inventory. Branches are located in Margate and Pinetown.

Club Administration Services

The management division of the Group, managing the various South African based clubs. Services include stock acquisition, member enrolment, financing, accounting and administration as well as member reservations.

Leisure Management Overseas

Leisure Management Overseas manages Flexi-Club United Kingdom and Flexi-Club Europe

Leisure Credit

Leisure Credit is a specialised collections arm of the Group focused on timeous and efficient collections for the various clubs and development companies
